1. Subscription and Credits

 

1.1 Trial Period and Credits
Superlio.ai offers a limited trial period with credits so users can explore the platform. Once your trial period expires or credits are used up, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the tool.

1.2 Paid Subscription
All paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices may differ depending on your currency and location. Any future price or plan updates will be communicated in advance.

 

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Requests
If you’d like to request a refund, please email us at connect@superlio.ai with your payment details and reason for the request.
All refund requests are reviewed individually and approved at our discretion based on the nature of the transaction.

2.2 Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days.
After processing, the refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account depending on your payment source.

2.3 International Payments and Currency Conversion
For international transactions processed via Razorpay:

• Refunds will be issued in the same currency and to the same payment source used for the original transaction.

• Depending on your bank, payment method, or country, the refund may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account after processing.

• Minor differences may occur due to exchange rate fluctuations, foreign transaction charges, or intermediary bank fees.

• Superlio.ai will not be responsible for such differences or delays beyond our control once the refund is successfully processed from our end.

2.4 Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings.
If you cancel before the end of your billing cycle, access will remain active until the end of the paid period. Refunds for prepaid periods will follow the same 5–7 working day processing timeline after approval.

 

3. Changes to Pricing and Plans

Superlio.ai reserves the right to modify prices, plans, or available features at any time. Active users will be notified in advance if such changes impact their subscriptions.
